Duke Product Management Students Earn Second Place at Deloitte Duke Case Competition

Duke undergraduate sophomore Neha Jatla recently placed second in the Deloitte Duke Case Competition alongside her teammates Sudiksha Battineni, Sophia Dionello Hinshaw, and Noa Bremen.

Neha shared that the EGR 283/I&E 283 Introduction to Product management course played a critical role in preparing her team for success. “I directly used the concepts taught in our Product Management class to help my team and me with case prep. For example, we heavily used user personas to walk through our strategy and make it easy to follow. As a wow factor, I vibe coded a website for our client HealthE using Lovable. This was my first time stepping into the consulting world, and I truly don’t think I would have had the same level of confidence without the technical language and frameworks the class gave me.”

Through the Duke Christensen Center’s Product Management applied coursework and real-world frameworks, students are gaining the skills, confidence, and leadership mindset necessary to excel beyond the classroom.
