This seminar is designed specifically for Pratt engineering undergraduate students who want to strengthen the skills that differentiate top engineers in industry: judgment, ethical decision-making, communication, resilience, mentoring, innovation, and executive presence.
Students will engage in small-group discussions with Fortune 500 C-level executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, and leaders across technology, finance, automotive, real estate, and professional sports. Through weekly reflections and one-on-one coaching sessions, students will develop practical frameworks for navigating complex business challenges and test them in real time.
