PhD Accelerator Student Spotlight

Grayson Hamrick is leveraging AI and machine learning with existing clinical data to improve patient outcomes for antibiotic-resistant hospital infections.

Grayson has engaged extensively across Duke’s innovation ecosystem. He has enrolled in the I&E Graduate Certificate, participated in the PhD Innovators program, served as a TA for I&E Duke in Silicon Valley and Capstone, and attended OTC’s Entrepreneurial Workshop for Academic Founders in Tech. He is also in active discussions with OTC’s New Ventures office.
