Apply To BRiDGE
We engage Duke faculty, post-doctoral fellows and students to support the launch of new companies with the goal of developing a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem. This facility and program were made possible by a philanthropic gift to Duke’s Pratt School of Engineering and by additional funds from the Duke Christensen Center.
Eligibility
Applicants must be startup founders with a Duke Affiliation who satisfies one of the following requirements:
- Duke faculty
- Post-doctoral fellow
- Graduate or undergraduate student
- Duke alumni
The BRiDGE Steering Committee reviews and scores applications using several factors, including overall progress towards technological and commercial milestones.
Before You Apply
Please have the following information ready:
- Company information: name, product description, location, field of operation
- Contact: applicant information, founders, leadership team
- Idea: Elevator Pitch, unmet need, market evaluation
- Legal: entity status, IP agreements
- Funding details
