Anna Wilson is a seasoned business leader and educator with 20 years of experience driving growth at the intersection of technology, talent, and product innovation. Currently an Executive in Residence at Duke University, she teaches Technology Product Management courses and fosters industry-academic partnerships through Duke's Product Lab.
Anna’s corporate leadership includes key roles at DoorDash, Pandora Media, and Google, where she has scaled products, programs, processes, and teams. Her expertise spans global talent management, product commercialization, revenue operations, and marketplace growth. Notably, she built and led DoorDash’s People Programs for 15,000+ employees, spearheaded strategic initiatives at Pandora, driving massive user growth, as well as sponsorship & subscription revenue, and built & scaled Google's first Audience- based Advertising products.
She is the Founder of BCAP31.org, a community resource organization which supports families affected by BCAP31 gene variants and their clinicians providing care. She is also a certified sommelier and radio DJ at WXDU on campus.
