Bio

Mike Salvino is a former Fortune 500 CEO, current board member, and dedicated mentor who helps students and teams explore entrepreneurial opportunities and lead with clarity, purpose, and confidence. With a career spanning executive leadership, private equity, technology services, and philanthropy, he brings real-world insight to building organizations, driving innovation, and navigating change.

Before stepping into board and advisory roles, Mike served as Chairman, President, and CEO of DXC Technology, where he led a multi-billion-dollar global turnaround and earned recognition from Comparably as one of the Top 30 CEOs for Large Companies and Best CEOs for Diversity. From April 2020-March 2023, under Salvino's leadership the Fortune 500 company and publicly traded entity on the NYSE delivered consistent financial performance, including three-year total shareholder return (TSR) performance at 113.7%, far outpacing the GICS 4510 companies at 25.4% and the S&P 500 over the same time frame.  He previously held senior leadership roles at Accenture and Carrick Capital Partners, where he advised high-growth companies and helped scale AI and data- driven ventures.

Mike is deeply invested in service and impact. He is a trustee of the Pontifical College Josephinum, a board member of the Atrium Health Foundation, and the founder of the Carolinas Bladder Cancer Research Fund, supporting cancer innovation through the

Levine Cancer Institute. He also supports youth development through sports and education initiatives in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2025, he became a minority owner of the Tampa Bay Rays through Temerity Baseball’s ownership group, extending his lifelong passion for sports, teamwork, and community impact into Major League Baseball.
